This addition and remodel has allowed King of Kings to expand and revitalize its school facility, while providing a welcoming new entry and offices to serve both church and school. The new construction incorporates 4 new classrooms, a media center, new offices, and a new storage addition to the gymnasium. In the existing, major remodeling created new classrooms, toilets and kitchen space, while areas of minor remodeling updated finishes and mechanical systems.

The historic Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church served not only as a house of worhip but also as a home for local YMCA programs and other educational services. This renovation included an elevator addition in the center courtyard to provide accessibility to the various levels and areas of the church facility for handicapped and elderly members. The project also included expanding the fellowship hall to accommodate the growing space need for pre- and post- service gatherings.

This historic church was built in 1884 and the congregation needed more space. This project consisted of a new fellowship hall, classrooms, and preschool space. The new addition kept the aesthetics of the historic architecture consistent while maintaining the budget and maximizing the space needed.
