The enhanced 35,000-square-foot preclinical research facility includes six cath labs and three operating rooms, adding to NAMSA’s capabilities. The project is a 40,000 SF addition and remodel of an existing preclinical testing facility with the remainder set aside for office space for administration, operations, plus a lunch room. The main structural components will be structural steel and/or masonry. 

The Green Bay Packaging project included the addition of a break/lunch room area, conference room space for the sales team to meet with clients, a display space, training room, design and printing area, testing space, flexible office space, and a major addition of manufacturing and storage space. This large-scale project occurred while the facility remained fully operational so the company didn’t miss a beat during construction.

Renovation of existing ticketing office. 

Complete gut and remodel of existing three-story building, including new roof, windows, tuckpointing, mechanical and electrical systems, and a new generator. The project also includes demolition of an existing precast addition and a new three-story addition with an elevator.
