Combining the public safety department and the city hall unified the government complex. The secured squad parking garage is built into the natural bowl-shaped site, reserving additional park area and providing a necessary security separation of police and staff vehicles. This project had extensive concrete and masonry work. 

The Green Bay Packaging project included the addition of a break/lunch room area, conference room space for the sales team to meet with clients, a display space, training room, design and printing area, testing space, flexible office space, and a major addition of manufacturing and storage space.
