Shakopee’s existing varsity stadium expansion including a new artificial turf playfield was added, complete with district branding. Along with the turf, an updated track surface was added, complete with field activities including the shot put, long jump and high jump.

Due to the site location in a hillside, a fan plaza was added at the top of the hill to create a gathering space for patrons entering and exiting the stadium. Additional new amenities were added within that plaza, including a new concession stand, new ticket building and a new school store. A new team room and storage building was added at the field level.

Renovation to existing church office space and the addition of classroom space at this private school.

This renovation project took place over the summer and consisted of renovation to science rooms including new gas, plumbing trenches in floor. All new finishes were completed along with new casework.

Maertens-Brenny completed the carpentry scope of work for this renovation project. The carpentry scope included everything from rough carpentry to finishing details like exterior lettering and wood wall details.
