We worked from preconstruction through completion of this project to breathe new life into the beautiful brick exterior and the roof of this private school. Water intrusion was a major problem for our client and the integrity of the bricks was at risk. Included in our preconstruction work was a complete exterior assessment.

Renovation to existing church office space and the addition of classroom space at this private school.

This renovation project took place over the summer and consisted of renovation to science rooms including new gas, plumbing trenches in floor. All new finishes were completed along with new casework.

Maertens-Brenny completed the carpentry scope of work for this renovation project. The carpentry scope included everything from rough carpentry to finishing details like exterior lettering and wood wall details.
